2.3. Payments are accepted via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and traditional bank transfer.

**3. Rights and Obligations of the Customer:**
3.1. When purchasing products such as Roundup Flex, Dynamic, or Roundup 360 Plus, the customer declares that they have the authority to use these products and accept the terms and conditions.
3.2. The laws of Polish jurisdiction apply to the Gardeno24.de shop.

**5. Returns and Complaints:**
**Return Conditions:**
- Return period: The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Condition of the product: The product can only be returned if it is intact, in the original packaging, with complete accessories and labels. The shop reserves the right to refuse returns if the packaging has been opened or the product shows signs of use.
- Return shipping costs: The shop refunds the purchase price, but shipping costs (both original and return shipping) must be borne by the customer.

**Complaint Procedure:**
- Complaint period: The customer has the right to report a product defect within 24 months of the purchase date according to European regulations.
- Types of complaints: The customer can file a complaint for hidden, factory-new defects. Defects caused by improper use of the product are not subject to complaint.
- Documentation: To submit a complaint, the customer may be asked to provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
- Reporting method: Complaints must be reported by email to shop@gardeno24.de with the subject "Complaint".
- Handling of complaints: The shop commits to processing complaints within 14 days. In the case of justified complaints, the shop may offer repair, exchange, refund, or another mutually agreed solution.

6.1. By purchasing, you agree to receive email correspondence. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the end of the email.

**7. Final Provisions:**
7.1. The contract concluded between the shop and the customer can be terminated according to the standard provisions in section 5.
7.2. Choice of applicable law for the contract: Polish law.
7.3. In case of a false declaration regarding possession of the required permits, the seller has the right to impose a penalty of fifteen thousand euros on the buyer.
7.4. Further final provisions: The shop reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions. The current version of the terms and conditions is always available on the shop’s website.
